All products meet the specifications stated in the catalog.
Any product which does not conform to these specifications
will be replaced at no charge, provided that notice for
replacement is given within 30 days of purchase. Liability
for all products is limited to the purchase price of the
product. No product is intended for human therapeutic use.

To fax or email your order, please provide all the following
information: items and quantity requested, shipping address,
billing address, phone number, name of end user, and method
shipment. Orders may be mailed to Bayou Biolabs, 1500
Edwards Avenue, suite Q, Harahan, LA 70123. Orders usually
ship the same day they are received.
Shipping: Orders ship
according to the customer's instructions. For items which
can ship at ambient temperature, shipping costs are as
follows: first class air mail (3-5 days) is free, overnight
express delivery is $25, and two day express delivery
is $15. For items which require shipment on dry ice overnight,
the total cost is $25-$50, which includes shipping, dry
ice, and container.

available at no charge Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5
pm cst.
