Highly Purified: The supercoiled plasmids are purified
by a proprietary process, so that all residual nicked plasmid
and chromosomal DNA contamination is removed. The result of
the purification process is incredibly sharp supercoiled bands.
There are no "ghost" bands of nicked plasmid in
this ladder. This is an industry first.
Nine Supercoiled Plasmids: 9
supercoiled plasmid bands at exactly 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, and 10 kilobases. Bands are easily resolved using 0.6%
to 1.0% agarose gel electrophoresis.
Equal Band Intensity: After
dissolving the pellet in TE buffer, all plasmids (except the
5 kb triple intensity band) are present at the same ng/ul,
30 ng/ul per plasmid, providing uniform staining intensity
and easy visualization with ethidium bromide.
