25 Blunt Ended Bands at 20 bp
to 500 bp in 20 bp increments. The bands are all blunt ended,
avoiding any artifacts caused by band reannealing. Both polyacrylamide
gel electrophoresis and a 3% Metaphor gel resolve bands from
20 bp to 500 bp. All bands on polyacrylamide are very sharp.
The lower bands on the Metaphor gel will appear slightly diffuse
due to the poorer resolving capability of Metaphor for very
small fragments. Polyacrylamide provides 250 loadings per
tube, Metaphor provides 125 loadings per tube.

Supplied as a 500 ul stock solution
in TE buffer, which is sufficient for 250 loadings for polyacrylamide
